OrbiDNS hostnames are shared infrastructure. To keep them trustworthy for everyone, you must not use them for:
- Phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonating another person, brand or organisation.
- Distributing malware, command-and-control infrastructure, or exploit kits.
- Spam, including pointing MX or links at bulk unsolicited messaging.
- Content or activity that is illegal where the Service operates, including child sexual abuse material.
- Infringing intellectual property, or names chosen to confuse users about the origin of a service.
- Attacks on networks or systems, or evading another service’s blocks.
- Automated mass registration of names or attempts to circumvent plan limits.
Enforcement
We review reports and automated signals. Depending on severity we may warn you, suspend the hostname (its records are removed from DNS), release it, revoke API keys, or suspend or ban the account. Actions are recorded in the audit log.
Reporting
Report abuse through the abuse form. Include the hostname and what you observed.
